McCann Professional Dog Trainers, originally known as McCann vs McCann, was established in 1982 by Deb & Marti McCann.

Though they are independent and strong-minded people, Marti & Deb quickly developed a program that they could agree on and the business as well as their marriage went from strength to strength. Over the last 40 years, they have helped more than 100,000 families train their dogs.

The McCann Method® has evolved and, with it, the facility has become world-class. Originally in school gyms and community centres, McCann Professional Dog Trainers now sits on 21 beautiful acres in the heart of Flamborough. In addition to the main building, which holds 3 large, air-conditioned training halls, there is a 12,000 sq. ft. sports arena with top-quality artificial grass and modern regulation equipment. AAC, CKC and UKI agility trials are held year-round and training classes run all week. The main building is host to in-person classes including Puppy Essentials, Life Skills 1, 2 & 3, and our advanced training level: Life Skills & Beyond.
